We started in Eswatini as BrandWorx, supporting MTN on the ground with trade marketing and GTM support. From day one, our business was built around execution in real markets,
not theory from a distance.

We launched our first HHT solution, expanded into Zambia for MTN, and launched information services through retail audits for Zambian Breweries (SABMiller). This was the point where a local operation became a regional growth platform.

We launched our first SFA platform – the Route Plan Management System (RPMS) and expanded into Ghana and Nigeria. This marked our shift from pure field execution into tech-enabled growth.

SABMiller adopted RPMS across 11 African markets, confirming that our model could scale across multiple countries, teams, and commercial environments.
Intrade Africa is created as the Technology arm of BrandWorx. Distell chooses Intrade for Africa, reinforcing our position as a trusted growth partner for large businesses expanding across the continent.

SABMiller was acquired by AB InBev. By now, we were clearly part of a wider pattern: helping power African growth stories that became valuable enough for global buyers.
We launched InTrade.app, adopted by SAB, Multichoice, Distell, Illovo Sugar, BetKing, Pernod Ricard, and others. Years of field experience had now become scalable technology.

BetKing was sold to Multichoice Group, and Pioneer was acquired by PepsiCo. Once again, we found ourselves contributing to businesses that were building real value in Africa.
Heineken acquired Distell. In the same year, management completed the buyout of the Intrade Tech & Data business, taking full ownership of the next phase of growth.
