Intrade operates in multiple jurisdictions and utilises distributed infrastructure. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable data protection laws in their respective jurisdictions, including lawful collection and processing of personal information, cross-border data transfer compliance, data subject rights management, and sector-specific and sovereign data requirements.
