BrandWorx SA gets a new look and a name change as it continues to scale up in Africa

BrandWorx South Africa is now Intrade Africa, a thoroughbred tech business with its roots firmly planted in trade, in Africa.

Well, it has been an interesting journey but the “little engine that could” operations business of 12 years ago, has now grown up to become a dynamic tech enabled channel growth partner and a fierce competitor in the data, mobile workforce and mobile commerce domain in more than 20 Countries.


I’m very proud to share that within this last three years, we have grown significantly despite the covid bumps along the way. We made some aggressive decisions to invest a lot more into our people and accelerating development to our platforms, becoming highly integrated and successfully positioning ourselves as a contender in the B2B ecommerce race in Africa.


Yes, we are a thoroughbred tech business now, but we are also still the “boots on the ground” partner that prides itself on being in trade with our customers. We are all the best of BrandWorx, augmented by the talents of a truly inspirational Intrade tech team.


I am exceptionally grateful for the resilience, skill, and determination of our team. Together with our customers, they brought us here.


We aren’t well known for saying much about ourselves in the online world. Let’s just say we have always preferred to “do more and talk less” but we decided it was time to start sharing the journey, including all the great customer stories we have been so privileged to be part of.
